النظام الإيراني ينتهك حقوق الإنسان في إيران وينفذ مؤامرات إرهابية في أوروبا

150 نائبًا في البرلمان الأوروبي يطالبون بطرد عملاء المخابرات الإيرانية من الاتحاد الأوروبي
في بيان مشترك، أدان 150 عضوًا في البرلمان الأوروبي انتهاكات النظام الإيراني لحقوق الإنسان في
داخل إيران ومؤامراته الإرهابية في أوروبا.
الموقعون هم من المجموعات السياسية الرئيسية الست في البرلمان الأوروبي ويمثلون 27 دولة
عضوة في الاتحاد الأوروبي، بينهم 4 نواب لرئيس البرلمان الأوروبي و 14 رئيسًا للجان ورئيسًا للوفود.
وأعرب الموقعون عن قلقهم إزاء تدهور وضع حقوق الإنسان وقمع النساء في إيران. وأشار أعضاء
البرلمان الأوروبي إلى أن إيران «حافظت على أكبر عدد من عمليات الإعدام في العالم للفرد الواحد
خلال رئاسة ما يسمى بـ” المعتدل “حسن روحاني».
منذ أواخر ديسمبر من العام الماضي، كانت المدن الإيرانية مسرحًا لانتفاضات كبرى واحتجاجات ضد
النظام. الأجواء الاجتماعية متقلبة، والناس يطالبون بتغيير جوهري.
في غضون ذلك، اعترف مسؤولو النظام بدور «معاقل الانتفاضة» التابعة لمنظمة مجاهدي خلق
الإيرانية المعارضة(MEK/PMOI) في تنظيم الاحتجاجات والإضرابات العارمة. وتنفق طهران ملايين
اليورو في جميع أنحاء العالم الغربي في حملة تشويه واسعة النطاق، ونشر الأخبار الكاذبة
والمعلومات المضللة ضد هذه الحركة المعارضة الرئيسية.
وأطلق النظام العاجز عن مواجهة المحتجين في الداخل، موجة جديدة من الإرهاب ضد ناشطي
المعارضة الديمقراطية في الخارج. في الأشهر الأخيرة، تم إحباط العديد من مؤامرات إرهاب النظام
الإيراني من قبل وكالات الأمن الأوروبية والأمريكية. ويواجه دبلوماسي إيراني تم اعتقاله في ألمانيا
محاكمة في بلجيكا.
وقاطعت الحكومة الفرنسية رسمياً وزارة المخابرات الإيرانية واتهمتها بالوقوف وراء مؤامرة التفجير
التي كانت ستستهدف التجمع الإيراني الحر في المعارضة في باريس في 30 يونيو 2018.
في الشهر الماضي، استدعت الدنمارك سفيرها من إيران بسبب محاولة اغتيال استهدفت المعارضين
الإيرانيين الذين يعيشون في الدنمارك.
وانتقد أعضاء البرلمان الأوروبي النهج الحالي للاتحاد الأوروبي تجاه إيران. وأكدوا «أن صمت الاتحاد
الأوروبي في مواجهة انتهاكات حقوق الإنسان الوحشية في إيران وعدم وجود أي رد على المؤامرات
الإرهابية الخطيرة في أوروبا أمر غير مقبول». وأضاف المشرعون الأوروبيون أنه «يجب علينا محاسبة
النظام الإيراني على مؤامراته الإرهابية وطرد عملاء وزارة المخابرات الإيرانية من أوروبا».
كما حثوا الحكومة الألبانية التي تستضيف عدة آلاف من اللاجئين الإيرانيين المعارضين «على عدم
السماح للعناصر الإيرانية بالوجود على أراضيها» بعد إحباط مؤامرة إيرانية بالقرب من تيرانا في وقت
سابق من بداية هذا العام.
وأكد عضو البرلمان الأوروبي جيرار ديبريز، رئيس مجموعة أصدقاء إيران حرة؛ وهي مجموعة غير
رسمية تضم مجموعة كبيرة من البرلمانيين الأوروبيين: «لا يمكن التنازل عن حقوق الإنسان في إيران أو
تهميشها بحجة الاعتبارات السياسية أو التجارية أو النووية، يجب أن يكون أي توسيع للعلاقات السياسية
والاقتصادية مع إيران مشروطًا بتقدم واضح في حقوق الإنسان وحقوق المرأة ووقف عمليات
الإعدام».

Iran’s Regime Violates Human Rights at Home and Plots Terrorism in Europe
150 MEPs call for Expelling Iran Intelligence Agents from EU
In a joint statement 150 Members of the European Parliament have condemned Iranian regime’s human rights abuses at home and its terrorist plots in Europe.
The signatories are from the six major political groups in the European Parliament and represent 27 EU Member States. They include 4 Vice-Presidents of the European Parliament and 14 Committee and Delegation Chairs.
The signatories have expressed concerns for deteriorating situation of human rights and repression of women in Iran. The MEPs recalled that Iran “has maintained the highest number of executions in the world per capita during the presidency of the so-called ‘moderate’ Hassan Rouhani.”
Since late December last year, Iranian cities have been the scenes of major uprisings and anti-regime protests. The social atmosphere is volatile, and people demand fundamental change.
Meanwhile the regime’s officials have acknowledged the role of “resistance units” of the opposition PMOI (MEK) in organizing protests and nationwide strikes. Tehran spends millions on a massive smear campaign throughout the western world, disseminating false news and misinformation against this main opposition movement.
Unable to defeat the protesters at home, the regime launched a new wave of terrorism against opposition activists abroad. In recent months, several Iran regime’s terror plots have been neutralized by European and American Security agencies. An Iranian diplomat arrested in Germany is now facing trial in Belgium.
France has officially sanctioned Iran’s Ministry of Intelligence and accused it of being behind the bomb plot targeting the opposition NCRI’s Free Iran gathering in Paris on 30 June 2018.
Last month, Denmark recalled its ambassador from Iran over a foiled assassination plot targeting Iranian dissidents living in Denmark.
The MEPs criticized the current EU approach towards Iran. “The EU’s silence in the face of brutal human rights violations in Iran and lack of any response to the serious terror plots in Europe is unacceptable,” the EU lawmakers emphasised adding that “we must hold the Iranian regime accountable for its terror plots and expel Iranian Intelligence Ministry operatives from Europe.”
They also urged Albanian government which is hosting several thousand Iranian opposition refugees “not to permit Iranian agents on its territory” after an Iranian bomb plot was foiled near Tirana earlier this year.
Speaking from Brussels MEP Gérard Deprez, chair of Friends of a Free Iran – an informal intergroup with a large following in the European Parliament, stressed: “Human rights in Iran cannot be compromised or marginalised on the excuse of political considerations, trade or the nuclear deal. Any expansion of political and economic relations with Iran must be conditional to a clear progress on human rights, women’s rights and a halt to executions.

Le régime iranien bafoue les droits humains en Iran et prépare des attentats terroristes en Europe
150 eurodéputés demandent l’expulsion des agents de Renseignement Iraniens de l’EU
Dans une déclaration commune, 150 membres du Parlement européen ont condamné les violations des droits de l’homme par le régime iranien et ses complots terroristes en Europe.
Les signataires appartiennent aux six principaux groupes politiques du Parlement européen et représentent 27 États membres de l’UE. Ils comprennent 4 vice-présidents du Parlement européen et 14 présidents de commissions et de délégations.
Les signataires ont exprimé leur préoccupation face ŕ la détérioration de la situation des droits humains et ŕ la répression des femmes en Iran. Les eurodéputés ont rappelé que l’Iran Ť a maintenu son triste record du plus grand nombre d’exécutions au monde par le nombre d’habitant au cours de la présidence du soi-disant Ť modéré ť Hassan Rouhani ť.
Depuis la fin décembre de l’année derničre, les villes iraniennes ont été le théâtre de grands soulčvements et de manifestations anti-régime. L’atmosphčre sociale est instable et les gens exigent des changements fondamentaux.
En męme temps, les responsables du régime ont reconnu le rôle des Ť unités de résistance ť de l’opposition OMPI (MEK) dans l’organisation des manifestations et des grčves dans tout le pays. Téhéran dépense des millions dans une vaste campagne de diffamation ŕ travers le monde occidental, diffusant de fausses nouvelles et des désinformations contre ce principal mouvement d’opposition.
Incapable de stopper les manifestions dans le pays, le régime a lancé une nouvelle vague de terrorisme contre les militants de l’opposition ŕ l’étranger. Au cours des derniers mois, plusieurs complots terroristes du régime iranien ont été neutralisés par les services européennes et américaines. Un diplomate iranien arręté en Allemagne fait maintenant l’objet d’un procčs pénal en Belgique.
La France a officiellement sanctionné le ministčre des Renseignements iranien et l’a accusé d’ętre ŕ l’origine du complot ŕ la bombe visant le rassemblement Ť Free Iran ť du CNRI ŕ Paris, le 30 juin 2018.
Le mois dernier, le Danemark a rappelé son ambassadeur d’Iran pour un complot d’assassinat déjoué visant des dissidents iraniens vivant dans ce pays. Les eurodéputés ont critiqué l’approche actuelle de l’UE vis-ŕ-vis de l’Iran. “ Le silence de l’UE face aux violations brutales des droits de l’homme en Iran et l’absence de réaction face aux graves complots terroristes en Europe est inacceptable ť ont déclarés les législateurs de l’UE et ont souligné que ” nous devons tenir le régime iranien responsable pour ses complots terroristes et expulser les agents du ministčre des renseignements du régime iranien de l’Europe. ”
Ils ont également exhorté le gouvernement albanais qui accueille sur son territoire plusieurs milliers de réfugiés de l’opposition iranienne de Ť ne pas autoriser les agents de Téhéran sur son territoire ť, aprčs un attentat ŕ la bombe déjoué prčs de Tirana plus tôt cette année.
Prenant la parole de Bruxelles, le député européen Gérard Deprez, président des Amis d’un Iran libre – un intergroupe informel avec de nombreux membres au Parlement européen, a souligné : Ť Les droits de l‘homme en Iran ne peuvent pas ętre compromis ou marginalisés sous prétexte de considérations politiques, commerciales ou de l’accord nucléaire. Tout développement des relations politiques et économiques avec l’Iran doit ętre subordonné ŕ des progrčs tangibles en matičre des droits humains, des droits des femmes en particulier et ŕ l’arręt des exécutions.
