On Tuesday, August 3, 2021, at the same time as the so-called “presidential endorsing ceremony” for mass murderer Ebrahim Raisi, the henchman of political prisoners in the 1988 massacre, a series of demonstrations and rallies were held in various countries around the world by Iranians, supporters of the Iranian resistance (PMOI/MEK and NCRI).
Demonstrations took place in Germany, the Netherlands, Sweden, England, France, Austria, Denmark, Italy, Switzerland, Belgium, Romania, and Australia.
They called for an international inquiry into the 1988 Massacre. Iranians demanded the international community to bring a butcher selected as the so-called president to the international tribunal.
Also, they commemorated 30,000 political prisoners massacred in the 1988 massacre. And called the prosecution of the perpetrators of the massacre of 30,000 political prisoners.
Iranian supporters of the MEK expressed their solidarity with their compatriots in the recent protests and uprisings inside Iran, including in Khuzestan province and other cities and provinces of Iran.
