Iranians, MEK Supporters Demonstrated in Front of the Court
On the morning of Tuesday, October 26, 2021, the trial of Hamid Noury, a 1988 executioner, continued.
The 33rd session of the trial of the executioner Hamid Noury in the Stockholm district court was dedicated to the hearing of Mr. Reza Fallahi, a witness to the massacre and one of the plaintiffs in the case.
The plaintiff’s lawyer first provided the court with a brief description of Mr. Fallahi’s years in prison, especially during the massacre.
Freedom-loving Iranians, supporters of the People’s Mojahedin Organization of Iran (PMIO/MEK), protested in front of the court at the same time as the trial of the executioner Hamid Noury.
Iranians are seeking justice for more than 30,000 political prisoners who were massacred in the summer of 1988 by the Iranian regime based on a criminal Fatwa ordered by the Khomeini. Those victims were mainly members and supporters of the MEK.
MEK supporters chanted slogans and called for the prosecution of the regime’s leaders, especially Ali Khamenei, mass murderer Ebrahim Raisi, and Judiciary Chief Gholam-Hossein Ejei for genocide and crimes against humanity.
Also, In this rally, a part of the biography of Masoumeh Barazandeh, one of the martyrs of the 1988 massacre in Gachsaran, was read.
Mr. Mahmoud Tusi, a former political prisoner, also told the audience about Hamid Noury’s torture on him and other political prisoners.
In another part of the rally, Homayoun Bakhoda’s son read his father’s memoirs of the torture inflicted on him and other prisoners in Ghezel Hesar prison by Davood Rahmani, one of the regime’s executioners.
