Friday, December, 10, 2021: The 50th session of the trial of Hamid Noury, one of the executioners of the 1988 massacre, took place in the Stockholm court. In this hearing, former political prisoner Mohsen Zadshir appeared in court as a witness and testified.

Mr. Mohsen Zadshir, who spent ten years in Evin, Ghezel Hesar and Gohardasht prisons for supporting the Mojahedin, recounted his observations of the massacre of political prisoners in Gohardasht and the crimes of executioners, including Hamid Noury, in the 1988 massacre.
Mohsen Zadshir first swore in according to the court procedure for witnesses and then testified before the questions of the prosecutors, lawyers, and the judge of the court.

Mr. Zadshir said: I was in a lot of pain during the interrogation, even in the so-called Ghezel Hesar. Once I was not well enough, so they sent me to Evin to Dr. Ahmad Danesh who was executed. Ahmad Danesh was one of the greatest orthopedic specialists in Iran. Mr. Danesh recognized that I need a urologist because he was an orthopedic doctor.
When we were transferred to Gohardasht prison and I was in a lot of pain, I went to the medical center; One day, calling me to the court office because the court had to confirm and allow me to go to a specialist, and there was a person sitting there who said that I was Hamid Abbasi, then it was the first time I met Hamid Abbasi(Noury).

Mohsen Zadshir further told the court about his observations regarding the transfer of the bodies of the executed prisoners to the truck.

Simultaneously with the trial, freedom-loving Iranians, supporters of the People’s Mojahedin Organization of Iran (PMOI/MEK) in Sweden, held a protest rally in front of the court in the very cold weather of Stockholm.

Iranians and supporters of the MEK called for the prosecution and accountability of Iranian regime leaders, especially Ali Khamenei and mass murderer Ebrahim Raisi, regime’s judiciary chief Gholamhossein Mohseni Ejei and all officials involved in the summer 1988 massacre.
