While at the European Parliament, Mrs. Maryam Rajavi the president-elect of the NCRI held meetings with various MEPs.
During a conference held in the European Parliament in Strasbourg, MEP Petri Sarvamaa of Finland delivered a speech, illuminating the clerical dictatorship in Iran and its consistent opposition to peace in the Middle East. In stark contrast, he emphasized how the Iranian Resistance, personified by Mrs. Rajavi, has steadfastly advocated for human rights and freedom within Iran, while concurrently championing peace in the broader region.
Dr. Franz-Josef Jung, the former German Minister of Defense, was among the distinguished guests and speakers at a conference held at the European Parliament in Strasbourg on November 22.
On November 22, in Strasbourg, members of the European Parliament extended an invitation to Mrs. Maryam Rajavi, the President-elect of the National Council of Resistance of Iran (NCRI), for a discussion on the Iranian regime’s role in the ongoing Middle East conflict and the escalating human rights violations within Iran. During the meeting, MEP and former Belgian Prime Minister Guy Verhofstadt drew attention to a significant amendment in the EU treaties.
