Brussels, October 25, 2022: Freedom-loving Iranians and supporters of the People’s Mojahedin Organization of Iran (PMOI/MEK) held a rally in front of the European Parliament in solidarity with the Iranian people’s uprising and political prisoners.
Iranians in Brussels condemned the attack of the repressive forces of the mullahs’ regime on Evin prison on October 15 and the killing of the prisoners and detainees of the protests in Evin. Iranians demanded immediate action to save the lives of political prisoners and those arrested in the recent uprising in Iran.
They supported the call of Mrs. Maryam Rajavi, the president-elect of the National Council of Resistance of Iran (NCRI). Mrs. Rajavi had requested that the UN and EU take urgent action and send an international delegation to Evin prison.
Iranian Resistance supporters in Brussels called on the international community and the EU to support the nationwide Iranian protests and adopt a firm policy against the mullahs’ regime.
Moreover, Iranians demanded the closure of the Iranian regime’s embassies as the centers for espionage and terrorist activities and the expulsion of all intelligence agents (MOIS) of the regime from European soil.
Freedom-loving Iranians in Brussels also honored the memory of Mahsa Amini and the martyrs of the Iran Revolution.
It is worth to mention that Tuesday, October 25, 2022, marking the 40th day of the continuous anti-regime protests across Iran.
