Stockholm—November 2, 2022: Iranian Resistance Supporters Continue to Rally in Support of the Iran Protests—Day 11

Stockholm—November 2, 2022: Iranian Resistance Supporters Continue to Rally in Support of the Iran Protests—Day 11

Stockholm—November 2, 2022: Freedom-loving Iranians and supporters of the People’s Mojahedin Organization of Iran (PMOI/MEK) continue to sit-in and rally in solidarity with the Iranian people’s uprising and political prisoners.

This is the eleventh day of the rally and sit-in by freedom-loving Iranians in Stockholm in support of Iran’s political prisoners and those arrested during the ongoing protests in the country.

Iranians in Stockholm condemned the attack of the repressive forces of the mullahs’ regime on Evin prison on October 15 and the killing of the prisoners and detainees of the protests in Evin. Iranians demanded immediate action to save the lives of political prisoners and those arrested in the recent uprising in Iran.

They supported the call of Mrs. Maryam Rajavi, the president-elect of the National Council of Resistance of Iran (NCRI). Mrs. Rajavi had requested that the UN and EU take urgent action and send an international delegation to Evin prison.

Iranian Resistance supporters in Stockholm called on the international community and Sweden Government to support the nationwide Iranian protests and adopt a firm policy against the mullahs’ regime.

Moreover, Iranians demanded the closure of the Iranian regime’s embassies as the centers for espionage and terrorist activities and the expulsion of all intelligence agents (MOIS) of the regime from European soil.

Freedom-loving Iranians in Stockholm also honored the memory of Mahsa Amini and the martyrs of the Iran Revolution, especially on the 40th-day commemoration of Ghazaleh Chalabi.

It is worth to mention that Wednesday, November 2, 2022, marking the 48th day of the continuous anti-regime protests across Iran.
