Paris, France – September 21, 2024: Supporters of the People’s Mojahedin Organization of Iran (PMOI/MEK) organized a photo exhibition and book display to express solidarity with the ongoing Iranian Revolution and to protest recent execution sentences handed down in Iran for PMOI supporters.
The event, which took place in Paris, aimed to raise awareness about the human rights situation in Iran and the plight of political prisoners facing death sentences. Participants displayed banners and distributed information about the current state of affairs in Iran, focusing on the regime’s use of capital punishment against dissidents and MEK supporters.
This exhibition is part of a series of events organized by freedom-loving Iranians and MEK supporters across Europe to voice opposition to the Iranian regime’s actions and to call for international intervention to halt the executions.
MEK supporters in Paris demanded the trial of the mullahs’ regime leaders for crimes against humanity in an international court.
The exhibition in Paris underscores the growing concern among the Iranian diaspora and human rights advocates regarding the escalating use of the death penalty in Iran, particularly against political opponents and supporters of the MEK.
The organizers also urged the European Union to officially designate the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) as a terrorist organization.
The exhibition drew the attention of French citizens, many of whom visited and expressed their solidarity with the Iranian Revolution.
