The event also called on the UK government to officially designate the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC ) as a terrorist organization and shut down the Iranian regime’s embassy, which is widely seen as a center for espionage and terror operations. Iranian community members in London demanded that Iranian leaders be prosecuted internationally for crimes against humanity.
The Academics in Exile Association reaffirmed its commitment to justice, stricter sanctions against the Iranian regime, and recognition of the Iranian people’s right to self-defense. The exhibition was met with enthusiasm from a diverse audience, strengthening international support for the Iranian people’s struggle for freedom and democracy.
