Zahedan, Sistan and Baluchestan Province of Iran
On Friday, August 8, 2025, MEK Resistance Units in Zahedan took a firm stand against the regime’s escalating wave of executions. In the face of mounting repression, they reiterated their unwavering commitment to bringing down the ruling dictatorship.
Their actions sent a clear message: the crisis of overthrow has now engulfed the entirety of the regime, and the struggle for a free and democratic Iran will not be silenced.

Resistance Messages Echo in Zahedan
The Resistance Units delivered a series of powerful messages, each reflecting their steadfast resolve and unwavering vision for a free Iran:
“Today, the crisis of overthrow has engulfed the entirety of the regime.”
“Iran will be free, without executions, and without a compulsory government.”
“The solution is regime change by the people of Iran and their Resistance movement.”
“No matter how much you execute, you will not be able to undermine the capabilities of the Baluch people. No to executions on rooftops and streets by the mullahs’ regime and no to executions on the hills of Evin and torture chambers of the shah regime.”
“Tell the Shah‘s son that he can’t steal martyrs. The Justice Movement and the exposure of the crimes of Khomeini began in 1988.”
“During the massacre of PMOI members in 1988, it became clear that Khomeini fears the deep roots and strong will of this movement.”
“The execution and genocide of PMOI is an ongoing crime. Zahedan Prison is proof of this.”
“The voice of the martyrs of the 1988 massacre is echoing through the campaigns of political prisoners who are calling for resistance and regime change.”
“Khamenei and his cohorts are continuing their great crimes by suppressing justice seekers and the families of martyrs.”
“This time, there is a Resistance movement that will not allow the uprising and revolution of the people and the blood of the Baluch people to be hijacked.”
“The people and history of Iran curse the mullahs’ and Shah regimes.”
“Neither mullah nor shah; freedom and a democratic republic.”
“A dictatorship is a dictatorship; whether with a turban or a crown.”
