Amsterdam, Netherlands – September 16, 2025 — Supporters of the People’s Mojahedin Organization of Iran (PMOI/MEK) gathered at Dam Square in Amsterdam to mark the third anniversary of the 2022 nationwide uprising in Iran and to stand in solidarity with the campaign “No to Executions Tuesdays.”

The demonstrators condemned the clerical regime’s use of executions as a tool of repression and demanded the immediate abolition of the death penalty and the release of all political prisoners.

Protesters strongly denounced the regime’s oppressive measures against women under the guise of enforcing the compulsory hijab. They celebrated the fearless resistance of Iranian women, echoing the rallying cry: “Woman, Resistance, Freedom.”

Participants reaffirmed their commitment to establishing a democratic republic in Iran, rejecting all forms of dictatorship—whether under the current theocratic regime or under monarchical rule.
