Copenhagen, Denmark – November 27, 2025 – Supporters of the People’s Mojahedin Organization of Iran (PMOI/MEK) gathered in Copenhagen to protest the Iranian regime’s increasing use of the death penalty, particularly against political prisoners. Freedom-loving Iranians and MEK supporters stressed the urgent need to end all executions in Iran and voiced strong support for the Iranian people’s ongoing resistance against tyranny.
The event called for the complete abolition of capital punishment in Iran and the unconditional release of all political prisoners, especially those facing imminent execution.
Organizers also urged that senior regime officials be held accountable before an international tribunal for crimes against humanity.
The rally backed NCRI President-elect Maryam Rajavi‘s “No to Executions” campaign for global expansion, while reaffirming calls for regime change toward a secular, democratic republic—rejecting both theocracy and monarchy—and expressing support for MEK Resistance Units inside Iran fighting for justice.
