Zurich, Switzerland – March 24, 2026 – Freedom-loving Iranians and supporters of the People’s Mojahedin Organization of Iran (PMOI/MEK) held a photo and book exhibition in Zurich to express solidarity with the Iranian people’s struggle for freedom, as well as with the “No to Execution Tuesdays” campaign in Iran’s prisons.
Participants displayed banners reading “No to Executions” and voiced support for the abolition of the death penalty in Iran, calling for an end to executions and the immediate release of all political prisoners.
Honoring the Martyrs of the January Uprising
The exhibition featured photographs of the martyrs of the January uprising and highlighted the Iranian regime’s ongoing human rights violations, including repression, mass arrests, and executions.
Participants also warned that thousands of prisoners in Iran face serious threats to their lives, as prisons remain highly vulnerable and detainees have no means to protect themselves.
Organizers called on the international community to increase pressure on Tehran to end executions and reaffirmed their support for a free, democratic, and secular Iran, rejecting both the ruling theocracy and any return to monarchy.
