Paris exhibition shows solidarity with Iran’s uprising, honors its victims, and calls for the freedom of political prisoners.

Paris, France – March 26, 2026 – A book fair and an exhibition of photos of the uprising’s martyrs were held in Paris to express solidarity with the nationwide uprising in Iran and to honor its victims and fallen heroes. The event also condemned ongoing human rights violations and the harsh executions carried out by Iran’s ruling clerical regime. Organizers highlighted the serious risks faced by political prisoners, particularly under conditions of war and bombardment, and called for their immediate release.

The event, organized by supporters of the People’s Mojahedin Organization of Iran (PMOI/MEK), highlighted the resilience of the Iranian people and their unwavering demand for freedom, justice, and democratic governance. It also welcomed the official announcement of a Provisional Government by the National Council of Resistance of Iran (NCRI).

Organizers called on the French public to recognize the suffering of the Iranian people and their clear rejection of all forms of dictatorship—whether monarchical or theocratic. Through compelling photographs and personal testimonies, the exhibition showcased the courage and sacrifices of protesters, urging the international community to stand with the Iranian people rather than support any authoritarian alternative.

Participants emphasized the urgent need to establish a free and democratic republic in Iran, reaffirming their commitment to the ongoing struggle for political rights and civil liberties. The event stood both as a tribute to those who gave their lives and as a renewed call for global solidarity with Iran’s movement for lasting change.
