MEK Resistance Units in Zahedan Echo the Message of Overthrowing Religious Dictatorship and Rejecting All Forms of Dictatorship Across Iran

Friday, October 2, 2026 – Zahedan, capital of Sistan and Baluchestan Province: MEK Resistance Units in Zahedan carried out a series of activities displaying banners featuring messages and positions by Iranian Resistance Leader Mr. Massoud Rajavi and Mrs. Maryam Rajavi, President-elect of the National Council of Resistance of Iran (NCRI). The banners emphasized the inevitability of overthrowing the ruling religious dictatorship and rejecting all forms of dependence and dictatorship.

Emphasis on “No to the Shah, No to the Mullahs” and a Democratic Solution for Freedom in Iran

The following slogans were displayed on banners carried by the Resistance Units:

Zahedan – October 2, 2026

1. Messages and Positions of Massoud Rajavi

“The fundamental principle of ‘No to Shah, No to Mullahs’ means rejecting all forms of dictatorship and dependence. It is the only national and patriotic policy for Iran and the Iranian people, as well as for the nationalities suffering from double oppression.”

“The Liberation Army is the only path to freedom. Workers, arm yourselves.”

“Confronting and fighting this regime is the task of the Iranian people, rebellious youth, rebellious cities, and the National Liberation Army.”

“Khomeini hijacked the anti-monarchical revolution, and the Shah’s son has set his sights on hijacking the democratic revolution and the mighty river of the blood of its martyrs.”

“Religious dictatorship, like monarchical dictatorship, will be consigned to the grave by the people’s uprising.”

“The idol of Khomeini had to be shattered completely, and everyone knows that breaking an idol who himself bore the title of idol-breaker is far more difficult than breaking the Shah’s idol.”

“This is not a newly emerged or nouveau riche resistance. It is the standard-bearer of the people’s front against the anti-people’s front and against the Shah and the mullah.”

2. Messages and Positions of Maryam Rajavi

“The Resistance Units have chosen uprising in Iran’s cities, resistance in the prisons, and standing firm to the very foot of the gallows.”

“The Resistance Units and pioneering youth are the model for Iran’s younger generation in choosing a luminous path to save and liberate Iranian society.”

“The mullahs’ regime is the enemy of the Iranian people and a threat to peace and security in the region and the world.”

“The Velayat-e Faqih regime can and must be overthrown.”

“The solution is democratic change by the Iranian people and their organized resistance. This change is within reach.”

“The answer to the Iran question is the overthrow of the entirety of the religious dictatorship.”

“The rising generation challenges dictatorship and dependence, whether it is the Shah or the mullah.”

3. Popular and Resistance Slogans

“From Zahedan to Tehran—down with the oppressor, be it the Shah or the Supreme Leader.”

“Dictatorship is dictatorship, whether it wears a turban or a crown.”

“We want neither Shah nor mullahs—damn the dictators.”

“The curse of the people and history upon the bloodthirsty mullah and Shah.”

“Monarchy and the Velayat-e Faqih (the mullahs’ absolute dictatorship)—one hundred years of crimes.”

“No to the mullahs, no to the Shah—freedom and a democratic republic.”
