Iranians both inside Iran and outside celebrate Soleimani’s death

Freedom loving Iranians and supporters of the Resistance inside Iran have been celebrating the death of notorious terrorist and the second highest-ranking Iranian official Qasem Soleimani. They are also loudly calling for the death of Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei, who they recognise as the cause of their woes.

The resistance supporters inside Iran shouted “Death to Khamenei” and “Hail to Rajavi”, a reference to Iranian Resistance leader Massoud Rajavi and the opposition leader Maryam Rajavi, while also putting up posters of the Rajavis bearing their inspirational quotes and encouraging Iranians to step up their resistance. They also handed out pastries to celebrate Soleimani’s death.

This is incredibly brave, considering that political opposition could mean the death penalty, but these brave souls in Tabriz, Tehran, Isfahan, Andimeshk, Tehran, Gilan, Babolsar, Khorramabad, Shiraz, and Abadan, want the regime gone.

Outside of Iran, Iranians and their supporters held rallies in Berlin, Stockholm, Amsterdam, Los Angeles, Oslo, London, Gothenburg, Arhus, Koln, Frankfurt, and Stuttgart to celebrate Soleimani’s death, as the mullahs announced three days of national mourning.

In fact, supporters of the Iranian opposition coalition National Council of Resistance of Iran (NCRI) in Germany held their rally outside the Iranian regime’s embassy, where demonstrators held signs that read, “Time for change in Iran. We support the nationwide uprising”. They also expressed their support of the “Resistance Units” inside Iran

The rally participants, who made clear that Soleimani was responsible for the murder of hundreds of thousands of innocent civilians, urged the German government to adopt a firm policy on the Iranian regime and condemn its crime inside Iran and abroad

Simultaneous with activities of Iranians inside Iran, in Syria, the Syrian opposition celebrated the death of the man whose assistance to the dictator Bashar Assad caused thousands upon thousands of Syrians to die in the nine-year-long civil war that should have ended years ago.

Agence France Presse reported that, during a weekly demonstration in Idlib, northwest Syria, one demonstrator held up a sign that read: “We are extremely happy over the death of Qasem Soleimani, the terrorist.”

Ahmad Ramadhan, a senior Syrian opposition official, said that Soleimani was the “murderer of Syrian children and freedom-loving Iraqis”.

While Nasr al-Hariri, another senior Syrian opposition figure, said: “The death of Qasem Soleimani, the number one man behind the IRGC’s crimes against the people of Syria and Iraq, is another blow to the Iranian regime and shows if the world is willing, they can stop the Iranian regime and protect civilians in Syria.”

Soleimani was killed in a US airstrike in Baghdad, Iraq, on January 3, alongside several other Iran-linked terrorists.
