Dr. Mahmoud Rahmati, urologist from Italy, compared Italian government’s strict quarantining rules with the Iranian  regime’s irresponsible decision to send people back to work; which will lead to an eventual human disaster. “We are dealing with an unknown disease and the only way is to have transparent relations establishment between government and people. Those in charge have responsibility and must pay the price to prevent coronavirus spread and reduce the COVID-19 fatality,” he said.

Dr. Masoud Kashefi, family doctor in Belgium explained, via showing a chart, that how the number of infected people would have been lower if the regime in Iran was transparent about the coronavirus. “Infection varies from minor to serious. From what we saw in China with #coronavirus, tests on 44000 People, were 3 categories. Minor infection: those with very slight coughs being 80% who only need home care and were looked after at home but under control. Those with severe signs of COVID-19, breathing problems, along with the decrease of oxygen in blood. Radiographic survey showed signs within 48 hours. Lungs badly affected and 50% of theses people needed oxygen while hospitalized, needing to go through investigation therapy and various anti viruses. Last group of coronavirus patients have critical, acute distressed breathing and move towards very serious situation while hospitalized in ICU, cases were 45% Another group, they don’t have any real sense of sign and in US group of passengers were tested 17% showed positive,” Dr. Kashefi told the 5th online conference over the coronavirus outbreak in Iran.

The next speaker was Ms.Firouzeh Dashti a nurse in Norway’s hospital treating COVID-19 patients. She told the 5th online conference over the coronavirus outbreak in Iran: “Among 1500 medical staff only 26 were infected. There’s complete lock down and no fatality. We can spend 15 minutes in patient’s room to get the report and maximum five people are allowed to visit at the same time.

Dr. Abdollah Tagizadeh, Anesthesiologist in Italy, was the next speaker of the 5th online conference over the coronavirus outbreak in Iran. “When a pandemic appears in a country, first thing is for gov. to be transparent.Italy did this and told everyone about situation. People were put in isolation then provinces quarantined. Shops and banks closed to stop coronavirus,” he said.

Dr. Mahmoud Rahmati, Urologist in Italy was the last speaker of 5th online conference over the coronvirus outbreak in Iran. He said: “The coronavirus test is important also being quarantined at home as the virus doesn’t show signs for two weeks but starts with fever, coughing and difficulty of breathing. If positive, they must be isolated at least 14 to 21 days, so they do not transmit COVID-19 to other members of their family.”
