Senator Thom Tillis, From North Carolina, Addresses the Free Iran 2022

US Senator Thom Tillis, From North Carolina
US Senator Thom Tillis, From North Carolina

Excerpts of the speech of the US Senator Thom Tillis, From North Carolina, at the Free Iran 2022, is as follows:

Hello. I’m Senator Tom Tillis from North Carolina. I appreciate the opportunity to address you today and to thank MEK and Maryam Rajavi’s work in defending the freedom of Iranians. We all know that the mullahs in Iran have control, but they don’t have power.

Power comes from each and every individual in Iran who want to enjoy freedom and democratic norms that we experience here in the United States.

I appreciate the work you do every day, the hard work of trying to make sure that you empower the Iranian people to be free and to let the world know that the mullahs, those who control and murder and imprison tens of thousands of people in Iran, need to be held accountable.

I look forward to the day when I’m able to meet democratically elected officials in Iran who are fully exploiting and enjoying the capabilities of the Iranian people. So, thank you for your work, and I look forward to visiting you in Albania soon.
