Washington, DC—December 14, 2022: Supporters of the People’s Mojahedin Organization of Iran (PMOI/MEK) held a rally and photo exhibition to protest against the criminal execution of the young protester, Majidreza Rahnavard in front of the US Congress.
Majidreza 23, was hanged in public in Mashhad in an act of utter brutality. Rahnavard was one of thousands arrested during nationwide protests that began in September.
The rally and photo exhibition, in front of the US Capitol, organized by the Organization of Iranian American Communities (OIAC). This was Day 5 of OIAC’s exhibition on US Capitol Grounds.
The Iranian-American community wants to show part of the heavy price of the Iranian people’s struggle for freedom and to call for support for the revolution.
Also, the American media covered the photo exhibition of martyrs of the Iranian revolution in front of the US Congress.
Notably, that freedom-loving Iranians and MEK supporters in different countries of the world protested against the criminal execution of Majidreza by the terrorist regime of Mullahs.
Iranians called for decisive action by countries against this regime, including the shutdown of the embassies of the criminal regime of Mullahs.
