Paris, February 12, 2023: More than 10 thousands freedom-loving Iranians, supporters of the People’s Mojahering Organization of Iran (PMOI/MEK), and the National Council of Resistance of Iran (NCRI) held a grand rally in Place Denfert Rochereau. They expressed solidarity with the nationwide Iran Revolution and honored the legacy of the 1979 anti-monarchic revolution.
This event was attended by several European and French prominent politicians, elected officials, and lawmakers who supported the Iranian people’s democratic aspirations, primarily their rejection of the mullahs’ regime tyranny.
At the end of Paris grand rally, freedom-loving Iranians marched in the streets, echoing the voice of the Iranian people inside the country who raised against the religious dictatorship.
Iranians in Paris demanded the overthrow of the mullahs’ regime. They chanted slogans including, “Death to the oppressor, be it the Shah or a supreme leader!”
Furthermore, in their rally, Iranians demanded that the Blacklist the IRGC for Its crimes against the Iranian people and terrorist activities in the region by the European Union.
The MEK supporters also paid tribute to the nationwide uprisings’ martyrs. According to reports tallied by the MEK, over 750 protesters have killed so far.
It is worth to mention that Sunday, February 12, 2023, marked the 150th day of the continuous anti-regime protests across Iran.
