Together, they expressed their perspectives on effectively aiding the Iranian people in their pursuit of a change in regime and the fulfillment of their aspirations for liberty and democracy.

These countries included the United Kingdom, Italy, the Republic of Ireland, Romania, Slovakia, San Marino, Lithuania, Portugal, Ukraine, Kosovo, Belgium, Moldova, Malta, Estonia, and Iceland.
