August 26, 2023: Freedom-loving Iranians and supporters of the People’s Mojahedin Organization of Iran (PMOI/MEK) held a rally in Sydney (Australia) in solidarity with the Iran Revolution. MEK supporters in London held a photo exhibition, commemorating the 1988 massacre‘s martyrs.
The photo exhibition in London was held on the occasion of the 35th anniversary of the great genocide, executions of more than 30,000 political prisoners in prisons across Iran by the mullahs’ regime.
Iranian communities in Sydney and London demanded the trial of the mullahs’ regime leaders (Ali Khamenei Supreme leader of the mullahs’ regime and the mass murderer Ebrahim Raisi) for crimes against humanity, in an international court. They expressed strong support for the MEK leadership.
The Iranian community in Sydney and London emphasized the Iranian people seeking a democratic republic and rejecting any kind of dictatorship, be it the mullahs or a return to that of Shah’s regime.
In addition, the Iranian Resistance supporters in Sydney and London urged the international community to support the Iran Revolution and take a firm stance against the oppressive regime of the mullahs. They asked the international community to recognize the right of self-defense of the Iranian people against the religious dictatorship.
