Tehran’s foiled plans to bomb free Iran Rally in Paris, condemned by Rudy Giuliani

The international annual Free Iran Rally – 2018, organized by the cohorts of NCRI Was held on Villepainte, on the skirt of Paris.

A great number of prominent former officials, politicians, personalities and delegations from more than 50 countries in five continents attended the event alongside with estimated more than 100.000 freedom-lover Iranians who all called for regime change in Iran and supported Mrs. Maryam Rajavi and her 10-point plan for an Iran of tomorrow.

The gathering was long-lasting hatred by the Iranian regime which had called on the French government not to allow it to take place.

Since the beginning of 2018, when nationwide uprisings against the regime erupted in Iran, Khamenei, the Supreme Leader of the Iranian regime, acknowledged the key role of the PMOI, the main component of the National Council of Resistance of Iran, in demonstrations and vowed to retaliate. Simultaneously, Rouhani begged his French counterpart, President Macron, to halt the activities of the NCRI in the French soil.

Later, Albanian Authorities arrested two Iranian agents, impersonating journalist and In connection with a broader network. They were planning to carry out terrorist operations against Iranian opposition in Albania by importing weapons and ammunition.

At the same time, other agents related to the network were identified in some European countries and the United States, and their plans against the Iranian dissidents were thwarted.

On Monday, July 2, Belgian authorities announced that an Iranian couple were arrested, suspected of plotting a bomb attack on a meeting of an exiled Iranian opposition group in France, succeeding by a joint operation by the European states which resulted to arresting an Iranian diplomat, as the contact person, along with three other people, in different countries.

It was expected that the Iranian regime wanted to launch a terrorist attack against the National Council of Resistance in Paris, due to the reports of the EU intelligence organizations reports that stated that the focuses of the Iranian spies were on the Iranian dissidents, particularly the NCRI.

In this regard, Mayor Rudy Giuliani, President Trump’s lawyer, issued a statement, praising Belgian authorities for their efforts and condemning the Iranian regime for its role in sponsorship the global terrorism. Giuliani had attended in the Free Iran Gathering, in which he delivered a supportive speech of the Iranian people’s uprising and the NCRI and PMOI/MEK’s efforts to establish democracy and freedom in Iran. Giuliani also met with Mrs. Maryam Rajavi, president-elect of the NCRI. He has been a long-time supporter of the Iranian Resistance.

Rudy Giuliani,s statement reads as follows:

All the participants at the “Free Iran 2018 – The Alternative” rally in Paris on June 30, appreciate and admire the fine work of law enforcement particularly in Belgium and France in arresting the terrorists who according to the Belgian Federal Prosecutor’s office were planning an attack on the gathering supporting freedom from the theocratic oppressive regime in Iran.

This accentuates the growing sense that the regime that is the biggest sponsor of terrorism in the world is increasingly weakened by constant large demonstrations in over 140 cities. It is also becoming apparent that Madam Maryam Rajavi and the NCRI pose a realistic alternative to this homicidal regime. Nothing could be worse for these misogynists than a movement seen as replacing them headed by a heroic woman.
