Alireza Jafarzadeh Interview on Anniversary of Soleimani Elimination

On January 1, 2021, in an interview with Alhurra TV, Alireza Jafarzadeh discusses the Iranian regime’s threats against the world and what needs to be done to reduce or eliminate the threat.

He started by saying:
I hope that year 2021 will be a more prosperous year, a year that would end the COVID-19, but also will see peace, tranquility, and stability in the region, and hopefully, that will be accomplished by the end of the clerical rule in Iran as the most important factor.
Javad Zarif, has been in the coordination with the Quds Force commander, Qassem Soleimani before, and now, with Esmail Qaani, coordinating all of their activities. It doesn’t matter what Javad Zarif says. It’s not the words that matter, it’s the deeds. It’s the action of the Iran regime that has proven to be that they continue to be a threat not just to their own people, but the people in the region, and Europe and the United States.

Look at the history of the Iran regime in the past 40 years. This regime has always been a threat to its neighbors. Look at all the terror activities that it sponsored. Look at all those Shia militia groups and other groups that they have sponsored in Iraq, in Syria, in Lebanon, in Yemen, you name it, and they are the world’s leading state sponsor of terrorism. They remain to be the world’s leading state sponsor of terrorism. It doesn’t matter what Javad Zarif says.

To the contrary, we have to understand that this regime only understands the language of decisiveness and force. Anything else that has been tried with this regime has failed over the past few years. Every time that there was indecisiveness, every time there was compromise and concessions given to the Iran regime, you saw a rise in the terror operations of the regime in the region or their terrorist activities in Europe. Right after the JCPOA, the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action, also known as the Iran nuclear deal, you saw a rise in the terror operations of the Iran regime in Europe.

Europe was a big ally of the Iran regime in cutting the deal and negotiating the JCPOA. Yet, since late 2015, 2016, Europe has been the scene of terror operations of the Iran regime.
Iran regime has always been a threat, and they have always tried to use elements, agents, or their facilities in other countries. They have done it in Europe. You know, two years ago, two Iran regime agents were arrested right here in the United States for spying on the main opposition, the National Council of Resistance of Iran, for gathering intelligence for what they call their “capture-and-kill” operations. They have done the same thing in Europe. Right now, as we speak, there was a court in Brussels.

The so-called Diplomat of the Iran regime, Assadollah Assadi, has been on trial for personally delivering a bomb to two other culprits, to detonate it at a large gathering in Paris.

I think it doesn’t matter who comes to the White House. They have to deal with the same regime, you know, and this regime has dealt with Republicans and Democrats over the past four decades, and all of those administrations had major, major problems with the Iran regime. Those administrations who gave concessions to the Iran regime could not change the behavior of this regime. Anyone in the White House needs to understand that this regime relies on terrorism and the development of nuclear weapons when it comes to the outside world, and relies on repression and killings inside the country.
