Iranians Supporters of the Iranian Resistance, Rally In Brussels, Calling EU and US to Keep Iran’s Regime Accountable

Wednesday, 24 March 2021, Iranians, supporters of the National Council of Resistance of Iran(NCRI) and People’s Mojahedin Organization of Iran (PMOI/MEK), carry the posters of Iranian opposition leaders Maryam and Massoud Rajavi at a rally as the US Secretary of State, Antony Blinken, is visiting Brussels to attend the NATO Foreign and Defense Ministers meeting and to hold talks with EU leaders.

They urged the EU to hold the Iranian regime accountable for its sponsorship of terrorism, tremendous human rights violations, ballistic missiles program, and continuous drive to acquire nuclear weapons.

Iranians supporters of the Iranian Resistance, struggling 42 years for a Free Iran, in this occasion and the middle of COVID-19 hardship and Nowruz celebrations, came together to tell the EU and the US to adopt a firm policy on Mullah’s regime.

Iranians urge the EU to adopt a firm stance vis-à-vis the Iranian regime and refrain from offering any concessions to Tehran. Held the rally as the US Secretary of State, Antony Blinken, is visiting Brussels to attend the NATO Foreign and Defense Ministers meeting and talk with EU leaders.

Paolo Casaca, a former member of the European Parliament, joined the protesters and called the EU and US to stop appeasement policy. “Unfortunately, those are who never learn. They do not know that appeasing an aggressor makes them go for further aggression.
