The full text of Mr. Rise’s message is as follows:

Dear friends, I send my best wishes and greetings on this location of the Iranian New Year Nowruz to the people of Iran. To all my friends in Ashraf city to Mrs. Maryam Rajavi congratulating her with her leadership and to all of you the brave members of the Resistance Units inside Iran.

I join you in condemning the Iranian regimes atrocities during the past year. The Mullahs seemed to become more and more desperate now.

At the same time, we should not forget the great achievements of our movement in the past year in particular the conviction of the regime diplomat-terrorist Assadollah Assadi in the Belgium court as well as three of the criminals. By the way I don’t think the name Asadi is really appropriate.  As a former member of the Norwegian Parliament, I call on my government and all other European governments to support the uprising of the Iranian people and support Mrs. Rajavi’s 10-point plan for a free secular and democratic Iran with justice and human rights will rule.

To all of you the members of the secret resistance units inside Iran, I would like to tell you my grandfather was during the whole World War II member of a secret resistance unit in Norway working with producing false passports secretly in his home for members of the resistance. And for several years he was regularly transporting members of the resistance in his car out of the country to safe ground in Sweden as they were about to be arrested by the German intelligence. After the war, my grandfather received a special recognition from the King of Norway for his willingness to put his life at risk. To each one of you who now work inside Iran, Thank you for your courage and willingness.
