Monday, December 12, 2022: Iran’s regime executed political prisoner Majidreza Rahnavard (مجیدرضا رهنورد), 23, in Mashhad. Majidreza was hanged in public in an act of utter brutality. Rahnavard was one of thousands arrested during nationwide protests that began in September.

Regarding the brutal execution of young protester, Mohsen Shekari by the Iranian regime, The British Committee for Iran Freedom (BCFIF) issued a press release. BCFIF called on the UK government to lead the response in pressurizing the Iranian regime to stop the executions and to release all detained protesters immediately.
