They are calling for a democratic, secular republic in Iran, based on the Free Iran 10-Point Plan — a vision of a free Iran without executions, nuclear weapons, or any form of dictatorship, whether by a Shah or by mullahs.

Demands of the Grand Rally – Brussels 2025
This demonstration calls on the United Nations, the Human Rights Council, the United States, the European Union, and democratic nations worldwide to:
End executions and torture immediately
Release all political prisoners
Blacklist the IRGC as a terrorist entity
Reject appeasement of the mullahs’ regime and oppose war; embrace “The Third Option”—regime change by the Iranian people and their organized Resistance, as advocated by Mrs. Maryam Rajavi
Support the establishment of a free, democratic, secular republic in Iran based on popular sovereignty, rejecting both monarchical dictatorship and theocratic rule
