Political Prisoners Continue Protest in 56 Prisons
Political prisoners across Iran staged hunger strikes on Tuesday, February 10, 2026. This marked the 107th week of the “No to Execution Tuesdays” campaign. Prisoners protested in 56 facilities nationwide, highlighting concerns over rising executions and growing repression.
Rising Executions and Crackdowns
Reports indicate that over 207 people have been executed in the past three weeks. Authorities also arrested protesters, lawyers, doctors, and medical staff. These actions aim to intimidate the public and suppress dissent.
Danger to Naser Bakrzadeh
The campaign warned about Kurdish political prisoner Naser Bakrzadeh. He has reportedly received a death sentence for the third time and faces imminent execution. Activists say his case reflects the broader risks political prisoners face across Iran.

Call for Solidarity and Protest
Campaign members urged Iranians to speak out against arbitrary arrests and executions. Families of detainees were encouraged to raise their voices in protest.
“Silence is not an option,” the statement said. “Protest is the only path to saving lives and achieving a free and equal Iran.”
