Iranian security forces have injured more than 100 protesters during protests in Isfahan on Friday, November 26, 2021. At least 300 others were arrested, according to MEK sources.

Video clips show the repressive forces opening fire on the demonstrators near the Khajoo Bridge in Isfahan. Many of the wounded have been shot in the face and eyes. However, clashes between the people of Isfahan and the repressive forces continued until late into the night in different parts of the city.

Demonstrators gathered in different locations and chanted “Death to Khamenei and death to the dictator.” The sound of gunfire could be heard in different parts of the city.

NCRI president-elect Maryam Rajavi calls on people to support the arrested protesters. Rajavi also calls on UN and int’l human rights organizations to intervene and help secure protesters’ release
Farmers of Isfahan have been protesting state mismanagement of water sources for months.

On Friday, November 26, anti-riot forces and IRGC units attacked the protesters at Zayandeh Rud river.
Protesters, whose pleas for access to water have gone unanswered, resisted the repressive forces.
