Geneva, Switzerland—December 9, 2023: Freedom-loving Iranians and supporters of the People’s Mojahedin Organization of Iran (PMOI/MEK) organized a rally on the occasion of Human Rights Day in the Nations Square (Place des Nations) to support the Iranian Revolution. Additionally, they condemned the wave of brutal executions in Iran.
The Iranian community in Geneva also expressed their protest against the presence of Ebrahim Raisi, the president of the mullahs’ regime, who is one of the main perpetrators behind the massacre of 30,000 Iranian political prisoners in 1988, at the Global Refugee Forum on December 13 in Geneva. Iranians stated that Raisi’s presence is an insult to human rights, the sacred right of asylum, and a stain on the United Nations.

The Iranian community in Geneva emphasized the Iranian people seeking a democratic republic and rejecting any kind of dictatorship, be it the mullahs or a return to that of Shah’s regime.
In addition, the Iranian Resistance supporters in Geneva urged the international community to support the Iran Revolution and take a firm stance against the oppressive regime of the mullahs.
They asked the international community to recognize the right of self-defense of the Iranian people against the religious dictatorship.
Iranian community in Geneva demanded the designation of Iran’s regime IRGC as a terrorist organization by the European governments, due to its terrorist and warmongering activities and the crimes and repression against Iranian people and protesters.
