Ottawa, Canada—December 12, 2023: Freedom-loving Iranians and supporters of the People’s Mojahedin Organization of Iran (PMOI/MEK) organized a rally in front of Canada’s Parliament to express support for the Iranian Revolution. Furthermore, they proclaimed that the mullahs’ dictatorship is on the brink of being overthrown by the people of Iran and the PMOI movement. They demanded the prosecution of mass murderer Ebrahim Raisi for crimes against humanity.
The Iranian community in Ottawa emphasized the Iranian people seeking a democratic republic and rejecting any kind of dictatorship, be it the mullahs or a return to that of Shah’s regime.
In addition, the Iranian Resistance supporters in Ottawa urged the international community to support the Iran Revolution and take a firm stance against the oppressive regime of the mullahs.
They asked the international community to recognize the right of self-defense of the Iranian people against the religious dictatorship.
Iranian community in Ottawa demanded the designation of Iran’s regime IRGC as a terrorist organization by the Canadian government, due to its terrorist and warmongering activities and the crimes and repression against Iranian people and protesters.
