Stockholm, Sweden—May 11, 2024: Freedom-loving Iranians and supporters of the People’s Mojahedin Organization of Iran (PMOI/MEK) organized a rally to express support for the Iranian Revolution, while also protesting against the increasing wave of executions by the Iranian regime.
MEK supporters in Stockholm demanded the trial of the mullahs’ regime leaders, especially Ali Khamenei (Supreme leader of the mullahs’ regime) and the mass murderer Ebrahim Raisi for crimes against humanity, in an international court.
The organizers of the rally in Stockholm also demanded that the IRGC be designated as a terrorist organization by the European Union.
The Iranian community in Stockholm emphasized the Iranian people seeking a democratic republic and rejecting any kind of dictatorship, be it the mullahs or a return to that of Shah’s regime.
In addition, the Iranian Resistance supporters in Stockholm urged the international community to support the Iran Revolution and take a firm stance against the oppressive regime of the mullahs.
They asked the international community to recognize the right of self-defense of the Iranian people against the religious dictatorship.
