Berlin Exhibition Stands with Iranian Political Prisoners, Protests Human Rights Violations

Berlin, Germany—December 12, 2024

Berlin, Germany—December 12, 2024: Freedom-loving Iranians and supporters of the People’s Mojahedin Organization of Iran (PMOI/MEK) organized an exhibition to denounce human rights violations in Iran. The event highlighted the dire human rights situation in the country, particularly the plight of political prisoners facing death sentences. It called for the immediate release of all political detainees held by the mullahs’ regime and condemned the death sentences issued against six political prisoners affiliated with the PMOI.

The Iranian community in Berlin expressed their support for a democratic republic in Iran, firmly rejecting all forms of dictatorship, including both the mullahs’ regime and any potential return to the Shah’s rule.

Iranian Resistance supporters urged the shutdown of the mullahs’ embassy in Germany and advocated for the blacklisting of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC).

Additionally, they emphasized the importance of recognizing the Iranian people’s resistance, along with the role of the MEK Resistance Units within Iran, in their fight against tyranny and dictatorship. They asserted the right of the Iranian people to defend themselves in this struggle.
