Brussels, Belgium—December 18, 2024

Brussels, Belgium—December 18, 2024: Supporters of the Iranian Resistance (NCRI and MEK) organized a rally in front of the EU Council, demanding the designation of Iran’s IRGC as a terrorist organization. They also called for an end to the European Union’s policy of appeasement toward the mullahs’ regime in Iran.

The demonstrators urged the international community to support the Iranian Revolution and adopt a resolute stance against the oppressive regime of the mullahs.

The organizers condemned the death sentences imposed on political prisoners affiliated with the PMOI and expressed solidarity with the ongoing Iranian Revolution.

Freedom-loving Iranians in Brussels demanded the immediate release of all political prisoners held by the mullahs’ regime.

MEK supporters also called for the prosecution of the regime’s leaders in an international court for crimes against humanity.

The Iranian community in Brussels emphasized that the Iranian people aspire to establish a democratic republic, rejecting all forms of dictatorship, whether under the mullahs or a return to the Shah’s regime.

Furthermore, they urged the international community to recognize the Iranian Resistance and affirm the right of MEK Resistance Units within Iran to defend themselves in their struggle against tyranny and dictatorship.
