Zurich Exhibition Condemns Iranian Regime’s Human Rights Violations and Calls for Democratic Change

Zurich – February 17, 2025

Supporters of the People’s Mojahedin Organization of Iran ((PMOI/MEK) gathered in Zurich on February 17, 2025, to hold an exhibition condemning the death sentences imposed on political prisoners associated with the PMOI and highlighting human rights abuses by the Iranian regime. The event drew attention to the plight of political prisoners and called for their immediate release.

Participants expressed solidarity with the Iranian Revolution and urged the Swiss government to close the Iranian regime’s embassy in Switzerland. They also demanded the designation of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC ) as a terrorist organization.

The organizers reaffirmed their commitment to establishing a democratic republic in Iran, rejecting all forms of dictatorship, whether under the current mullahs’ regime or a potential return to monarchical rule under the Shah.

Additionally, they called for international recognition of the Iranian people’s resistance and their right, alongside the MEK Resistance Units within Iran, to defend themselves against tyranny and dictatorship.
