Bern, Switzerland – April 3, 2025: Supporters of the People’s Mojahedin Organization of Iran (PMOI/MEK) held an exhibition in Bern to denounce the death sentences handed down to Iranian political prisoners, particularly Behrouz Ehsani and Mehdi Hassani, who are reportedly facing imminent execution.
Demonstrators called for the immediate release of all political prisoners in Iran and voiced strong opposition to the regime’s ongoing repression.
Participants expressed solidarity with the Iranian Revolution and urged the Swiss government to take concrete action—specifically, to shut down the Iranian regime’s embassy in Bern and officially designate the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) as a terrorist organization.
Organizers of the exhibition in Bern reaffirmed their commitment to establishing a democratic republic, rejecting all forms of dictatorship, whether under the current mullahs’ regime or a return to the the Shah’s rule.
They also called for international recognition of the Iranian people’s resistance and their right—along with the MEK Resistance Units inside Iran—to defend themselves in their struggle against tyranny and dictatorship.
