Bucharest Exhibition Highlights Iranian Regime’s Human Rights Abuses and Calls for Political Prisoners’ Release

Bucharest, Romania – June 7, 2025

Bucharest, Romania – June 7, 2025: Supporters of the People’s Mojahedin Organization of Iran (PMOI/MEK) held an exhibition to protest the Iranian regime’s escalating human rights abuses, particularly the death sentences imposed on political prisoners.

The event condemned the regime’s ongoing repression and demanded the immediate release of all political prisoners, while paying tribute to the martyrs of the Iranian Revolution—those executed or killed during uprisings.

Organizers reaffirmed their vision for a democratic, secular republic in Iran, rejecting both theocratic rule and any return to monarchy, while calling on the international community to recognize the Iranian people’s right to resist oppression and to support the MEK Resistance Unit fighting tyranny inside Iran.
