MEK Supporters Rally in Zurich Against Iran’s Executions, Demand Release of Political Prisoners

Zurich, Switzerland – June 7, 2025
Zurich, Switzerland – June 7, 2025: Supporters of the People’s Mojahedin Organization of Iran (PMOI/MEK) rallied in rainy weather to support the “No to Executions” campaign in Iran. They denounced the death penalty, demanded the release of political prisoners, and highlighted the Iranian regime’s escalating human rights abuses.

Demonstrators, united by their passion for international human rights, voiced strong opposition to the regime’s ongoing oppression and expressed unwavering support for the Iranian people’s fight for democratic change. The protesters called for the leaders of the mullahs’ regime to face trial in an international court for crimes against humanity.
The rally honored those who sacrificed their lives during the Iranian revolution—individuals executed by the regime or killed in popular uprisings—while reaffirming the participants’ commitment to freedom, democracy, justice, and human rights.
Iranians in Zurich reiterated their dedication to establishing a democratic republic, rejecting any form of dictatorship, whether from the current theocratic regime or a return to monarchy.
They also urged the international community to recognize the Iranian people’s resistance and the right of the MEK Resistance Units within Iran to defend themselves in their struggle against tyranny.
