
Cologne, Germany – October 4, 2025 – Supporters of the People’s Mojahedin Organization of Iran (PMOI/MEK) gathered in Cologne to honor the memory of Zahedan’s Bloody Friday during the 2022 nationwide protests. Participants strongly condemned executions in Iran and urged the immediate release of political prisoners.
In Cologne, MEK supporters paid tribute to those who gave their lives for freedom, declaring that their courage and sacrifice will never be forgotten. Demonstrators also voiced steadfast support for the PMOI Resistance Units inside Iran and reaffirmed their commitment to establishing a democratic republic, rejecting both theocracy and monarchy.
The rally highlighted four core demands:

The abolition of the death penalty in Iran;

The immediate and unconditional release of all political prisoners;

International recognition of the Iranian people’s right to resist tyranny;
- Closure of the Iranian regime’s embassy in Germany, described as a hub of espionage and terrorism.
