A book and photo exhibition honoring the martyrs of Iran’s nationwide uprising was held on January 28, 2026, by freedom-loving Iranians and supporters of the People’s Mojahedin Organization of Iran (PMOI/MEK), in Berlin. The event featured photos of the martyrs and informative materials about Iran’s nationwide uprising, attracting great interest from German citizens as well as members of the Iranian community. Many passersby stopped to talk, expressing their solidarity with the Iranian people’s struggle for freedom and democracy.
During the event, in addition to highlighting the goals of the uprising and rejecting all forms of dictatorship, organizers also widely distributed calls for participation in the major demonstration on February 7, 2026, in Berlin. They emphasized that the main message of this action is the demand for people’s sovereignty, democracy, and equality—reflecting, as they put it, the Iranian people’s steadfast resistance against both the long-buried monarchical rule of the past and the current theocratic regime of the mullahs.
