Iranians Rally in London Outside UK Prime Minister’s Office Backing Nationwide Protests in Iran

London, United Kingdom — January 7, 2026 — On the eleventh day of the nationwide uprising in Iran, supporters of the People’s Mojahedin Organization of Iran (PMOI/MEK) held a passionate rally outside the British Prime Minister’s Office in London, expressing their solidarity with the nationwide protests in Iran that erupted on December 28, 2025.

Chanting the slogan, “Death to the oppressor, be it the Shah or the Leader,” demonstrators sent a clear message to the world: the joint and desperate attempts of the “Shah and the Sheikh” to derail or suppress the uprising have already failed. Participants emphasized that the Iranian people reject all forms of dictatorship—past and present—and seek only to establish a free, democratic republic based on the separation of religion and state, in line with Mrs. Maryam Rajavi’s Ten-Point Plan for the future of Iran.

The rally also condemned the regime’s recent crimes, including the brutal attack on Ilam Hospital and the killing of protesters in cities such as Malekshahi and Lordegan.

Demonstrators called on the British government to recognize the legitimate right of Iran’s youth to defend themselves against the IRGC’s violent repression. The London demonstration reflected a powerful message: the political volcano within Iran will not subside until the overthrow of the religious tyranny.
