Berlin, Germany – January 31, 2026 – Despite the freezing, snowy weather and several degrees below zero, freedom-loving Iranians and supporters of the People’s Mojahedin Organization of Iran (PMOI/MEK) held a book and photo exhibition in Berlin to honor the martyrs of Iran’s nationwide uprising.
The exhibition featured photos of the martyrs and educational materials on Iran’s nationwide uprising, attracting great interest from German citizens and members of the Iranian community alike. Many passersby stopped to engage in conversation and expressed their solidarity with the Iranian people’s struggle for freedom and democracy.
During the event, organizers not only highlighted the uprising’s goals and rejection of all forms of dictatorship but also widely promoted participation in the major demonstration on February 7, 2026, in Berlin.
They stressed that the main message of this rally is the call for people’s sovereignty, democracy, and equality—symbolizing the Iranian nation’s unwavering resistance against both the long-defeated monarchical rule of the past and the current theocratic dictatorship of the mullahs.
