Berlin, Germany – April 13, 2026: For the forty-fifth straight day, supporters of the Iranian Resistance gathered outside the Iranian regime’s embassy in Berlin, protesting the recent execution of six political prisoners — Mohammad Taghavi, Akbar Daneshvar Kar, Babak Alipour, Pouya Ghobadi, Vahid Bani-Amerian, and Abolhassan Montazer—who were affiliated with the People’s Mojahedin Organization of Iran (PMOI/MEK).
Protesters condemned the executions as severe violations of human rights and called for the German government to take a decisive stand. They urged Berlin to shut down the Iranian regime’s embassy and to support the Iranian people’s quest for freedom and democracy.
The ongoing demonstration underscores the rising global alarm over the plight of political prisoners in Iran. Participants called for stronger international action to stop further executions and to back the Iranian Resistance’s efforts to bring change and justice.
Call for International Support
Organizers of the rally in Berlin urged the German public and the international community to recognize the Iranian people’s clear rejection of all forms of dictatorship—whether monarchical or theocratic.
