Berlin Protest Marks 44th Day as Iranian Resistance Supporters Condemn Executions and Urge Decisive Action

Day 44 in Berlin: Protesters rally against executions in Iran, calling for decisive international action.
Berlin, Germany – April 12, 2026: For the forty-fourth consecutive day, supporters of the Iranian Resistance have been rallying outside the Iranian regime’s embassy in Berlin. They are protesting the execution of six political prisoners—Mohammad Taghavi, Akbar Daneshvar Kar, Babak Alipour, Pouya GhobadiVahid Bani-Amerian, and Abolhassan Montazer—who were affiliated with the People’s Mojahedin Organization of Iran (PMOI/MEK).

Demonstrators strongly condemned the actions of Iran’s ruling regime, describing the executions as a blatant violation of human rights. They called for regime change, urged the German government to adopt a firm stance against ongoing human rights abuses, and demanded the closure of the Iranian regime’s embassy in Germany.

The rally highlighted growing international concern over the situation of political prisoners in Iran. Participants called for increased global pressure to halt executions and to support the Iranian people’s struggle for freedom and democracy.

Call for International Support

Organizers of the rally in Berlin urged the German public and the international community to recognize the Iranian people’s clear rejection of all forms of dictatorship—whether monarchical or theocratic.
