Berlin, Germany — November 3, 2026: On the 249th consecutive day of their protest sit-in outside the Iranian regime’s embassy in Berlin, supporters of the People’s Mojahedin Organization of Iran (PMOI/MEK) condemned the regime’s escalating executions, including those of Amirhossein Maleki and Amirhossein Ebrahimi, two protesters from the January uprising.
They expressed their support for the National Council of Resistance of Iran (NCRI) as the democratic alternative for establishing a democratic republic in Iran, and reaffirmed their rejection of any form of dictatorship, whether monarchical or clerical. They rejected awarding the Freedom Prize to the Shah’s son, who is the heir to a deposed dictatorship in Iran and has never condemned his father’s crimes, saying that the Freedom Prize belongs solely to the people of Iran and that the Shah’s son does not represent the people, but rather a fallen dictatorship.
Calls for Embassy Closure and Accountability
The protesters called for the closure of the Iranian regime’s embassy in Berlin, describing it as a center of espionage and terrorism operating on German soil. They also demanded accountability for the regime’s systematic repression, human rights violations, and continued executions in Iran.
