Zahedan, June 6, 2025: MEK Resistance Units Declare “The Democratic Revolution of the New Iran Will Prevail

Zahedan, June 6, 2025

June 6, 2025 – In Zahedan, the capital of Iran’s Sistan and Baluchestan Province, Resistance Units affiliated with the People’s Mojahedin Organization of Iran (PMOI/MEK) have ramped up their activities in open defiance of the ruling clerical regime. Their campaign has included the widespread posting of banners and graffiti across the city, reflecting a growing wave of grassroots dissent.

Some of the key slogans and messages displayed by the Resistance Units in Zahedan include:

The Democratic Revolution of the New Iran Will Prevail

Balochestan is awake—and rejects both the Shah and the Sheikh.

Neither Shah nor Sheikh! Long live the Iranian people’s democratic revolution!

The rise in executions exposes Khamenei’s fear—and that of the entire clerical regime—of a nationwide eruption of public anger.

Death to the oppressor, be it the Shah or the Leader.

From Zahedan to Tehran, death to the oppressor, be it the Shah or the Leader.

As long as this regime remains in power, poverty, injustice, and corruption will only grow.

Uprising and resistance are the only paths to freedom from poverty, discrimination, unemployment, and corruption under the rule of the clerics.

Neither Sheikh nor Shah—freedom and a democratic republic!

Monarchy and theocracy—partners in every crime!

The will of the Iranian people is a democratic republic.

The democratic revolution will triumph through the sacrifice of the people and the courageous efforts of the Resistance Units.

The only path is protest and resistance to establish democracy and the sovereignty of the people.

We have long sought, and continue to seek, a democratic revolution with the participation of all oppressed classes and sectors of society.

Iran is grappling with executions, poverty, corruption, and darkness under the grip of turbaned demons.

The poison the National Liberation Army of Iran forced down the throat of the bloodthirsty demagogue Khomeini during the anti-patriotic war finally took effect—and he died!

A large portion of Iran’s wealth is wasted on the regime’s nuclear and missile programs and its warmongering in the region.

The Shah absurdly spoke of a ‘White Revolution,’ while the Sheikh deceitfully claimed something called an ‘Islamic Revolution.’

Conclusion:
The surge of Resistance Unit activity in Zahedan is a clear indicator of deepening public rejection of both monarchical and theocratic rule in Iran. These slogans reflect a nationwide yearning for freedom, justice, and a democratic republic. As discontent grows and calls for democratic change echo from city to city, the message from the streets is unmistakable: the people of Iran are determined to reclaim their future through resistance, unity, and unwavering defiance of tyranny.
