Zahedan Resistance Units Activities: “Massoud Rajavi: Forward to Uprising, Overthrow, and Democratic Republic” – September 12, 2025
Zahedan, Sistan and Baluchestan Province – September 12, 2025: On the 60th anniversary of the founding of the People’s Mojahedin Organization of Iran (PMOI/MEK), the Resistance Units in Zahedan launched a bold campaign to honor six decades of relentless struggle against both monarchic and theocratic dictatorships. At the same time, marking the anniversary of Khomeini’s anti-patriotic war with Iraq—which devastated the nation for eight years and left millions dead, wounded, or displaced—the campaign highlighted the MEK’s pivotal role in opposing and seeking to end that destructive war.
These activities condemned the regime’s corruption and oppression while reaffirming the unwavering determination to overthrow clerical rule and establish a free, democratic, and secular republic in Iran. Through defiant slogans and symbolic actions, the Resistance Units sent a powerful message: the foundations of the ruling regime are crumbling, and the Iranian people’s fight for freedom, equality, and popular sovereignty is unstoppable.
