Marking the Third Anniversary of Zahedan’s Bloody Friday

Zahedan, Sistan and Baluchestan Province – September 26, 2025: This week, in continuation of their campaigns, the MEK’s Resistance Units in Zahedan commemorated the anniversary of the Zahedan Bloody Friday of September 30, 2022.

On Friday, September 26, they displayed placards, banners, and slogans honoring the martyrs of that bloody day. Many of these messages bore quotations from Massoud Rajavi, Leader of the Iranian Resistance, and Maryam Rajavi, President-elect of the National Council of Resistance of Iran (NCRI).
The activities also coincided with the anniversary of the September 27, 1981 (5 Mehr 1360) uprising in Tehran, where placards were raised to honor the heroic martyrs of that day.

Key Slogans of the Week

Among the slogans displayed by the Resistance Units were:

• Maryam Rajavi: Zahedan’s Bloody Friday and the century-old crimes of both monarchy and theocracy in Baluchistan will never be forgotten.

• Massoud Rajavi: The blood of the Baluch, the oppressed fuel carriers, and the martyrs of Zahedan boils and drives the uprising forward.

• Maryam Rajavi: We will not allow the blood of Zar Bi Bi, Jan Bi Bi, Hasti Narouei, Zoleikha Tarzehi, and Dr. Ebrahim Rigi to be forgotten or trampled upon.

• Massoud Rajavi: The Baluch Mojahedin and the selfless warriors for freedom and justice are the flags of Iran’s pride and honor.

• Maryam Rajavi: The louder the cry of Zahedan, the firmer the determination of the Baluch people for freedom.

• Massoud Rajavi: Greetings to the martyrs and the oppressed in Sistan and Baluchistan.

• Maryam Rajavi: On Zahedan’s Bloody Friday, hearts everywhere overflowed with rage.

• Massoud Rajavi: The fire of the uprising must be spread everywhere. Bravo, Baluch!

• Maryam Rajavi: Salute to Zahedan, stained with blood, and its proud martyrs.

• Maryam Rajavi: The Baluch people, with the slogans “Death to Khamenei” and “Brother, my martyred brother, I will avenge your blood”, continue the path of the martyrs.

• Massoud Rajavi: Salutations and congratulations to the brave and rebellious people and youth of Zahedan.

• Massoud Rajavi: On September 27, 1981 (5 Mehr), Khomeini, the demonic and bloodthirsty tyrant, with unimaginable cruelty, was buried in the minds of the conscious and free people, just as the Shah before him.
