April 3, 2026 – PMOI/MEK Resistance Units in Zahedan stage protest actions against the executions of MEK political prisoners, reaffirming their call for freedom and an end to dictatorship.

On April 3, 2026, MEK Resistance Units carried out coordinated protest activities in Zahedan, Sistan and Baluchestan, condemning the regime’s recent wave of executions and reaffirming their commitment to overthrowing the ruling system.

Despite heavy security measures, activists displayed banners and slogans in public areas, honoring executed PMOI members and denouncing the regime’s use of executions as a tool of repression.

A central message of the protests was the rejection of all forms of dictatorship, highlighted by the slogan:

“Death to the oppressor, be it the Shah or the Mullah.”

The Resistance Units stressed that executions have failed to suppress dissent and instead fueled further resistance. They paid tribute to those executed, describing them as symbols of sacrifice and resilience.

The Resistance Units also vowed to continue their activities until the regime’s downfall, framing their struggle as part of a broader movement for freedom, justice, and democratic change in Iran.

These actions come amid rising executions and growing unrest, particularly in Sistan and Baluchestan, signaling the continuation and expansion of organized resistance despite ongoing repression.
